The firm is comprised of Joe. H. Deacon II, CLU, LUTCF and Joseph H. Deacon III and can draw from over 38 years of experience. Joe has earned his Chartered Life Underwriter designation (CLU) as well as LUTCF and is an expert in West Virginia health insurance for employer groups of all sizes. He is also well versed in other ancillary group benefits such as short and long term disability, dental and vision plans, group life insurance, and other products for West Virginia businesses.
Joseph H. Deacon III has extensive training in the areas of health insurance, life insurance, long term care insurance, and disability insurance planning.
We do not work for the insurance company; we work for you as independent advisers to give you an unbiased variety of choices and prices.
When we meet with a client, we assist with the following:
1. Offer a needs-based analysis of the clients unique situation to get a better understanding of what it is the client is trying to accomplish.
2. Present solutions based on the conversation, offering several plans from top rated carriers. Whether we are dealing with one person or two-hundred, we always conduct an in-person presentation to go over coverages and conduct a Q and A session to make sure that everyone involved has a solid understanding of what is being accomplished. We then duplicate this process as requested by the client to keep everyone up to date.
3. Implement the plan and take care of any neccessary paperwork and follow up calls to get the plan in place.
4. Provide ongoing service to the client, including helping with claims management, billing, and other service issues that may arise.
